Jackie has been with Bonneville since 2013. As a loan servicer she is in charge of all tax and insurance invoice tracking, as well as review, follow-up and processing of all tax and insurance payments. She prepares the escrow analyses and notifies clients of any changes. She collects and maintains all quarterly and year end reporting and helps in identifying substandard loans. She is in charge of sending out all monthly payment invoices and ordering, review and input of all annual inspections.

She enjoys hiking, reading, and teaching her daughter how to play soccer.
