Chantel services construction and permanent 538 loans, including reviewing and approving of all draw requests, initiating and reviewing upfront cost review/property condition reports for all projects, preparing closing statements, analyzing budgets and verifying funds availability for the construction/rehabilitation and reserves, maintaining all escrow accounts and funds deposited with lender, following-up on and tracking all insurance, taxes and financial reporting, and assisting with closings and special projects. She’s been with us for five years. Prior to joining Bonneville Multifamily Capital she worked in Key Bank’s Commercial Real Estate group where she processed disbursements for commercial construction loans (multifamily, retail and self storage ranging from $500,000 to $30,000,000), analyzed budgets, verified funds availability for the construction loans and tracked insurance and financial reporting.
Chantel has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Utah and is a member of the St. Joseph Catholic High School Alumni Association. She enjoys skiing, hiking, dirt biking, making pottery and reading. An interesting fact about Chantel is that she collects Smurfs.
