Brian Hansen

Loan Officer

Brian originates multifamily loans across a full spectrum of product offerings:  he is a relationship manager, a deal maker whose goal is to be the most efficient and effective at closing deals for his clients.  Brian recognizes and incorporates his clients’ preference for a tailor-made solution through understanding, focusing on and meeting their unique needs, as well as maximizing their ROI.

He has extensive experience in commercial leasing, including sales, management, and training, having worked in this industry before joining Bonneville Multifamily Capital.

Brian is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, lives in Davis County, and his favorite quote is from Harold B. Lee, “Happiness does not depend on what happens outside of you, but on what happens inside of you; it is measured by the spirit with which you meet the problems of life.”

He and his wife, Heather, work to instill that philosophy with their two daughters.  Brian loves spending time with his family, especially wakeboarding, and he enjoys snowmobiling, target shooting, and riding the back roads on his motorcycle.
