Ashley Freeman joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital as the Controller of its subsidiary, Bonneville Multifamily Capital, in 2012.  As the Controller, she oversaw the Company’s compliance and financial activities, the multifamily servicing department, general operations, internal controls, and licensing.  Ashley took on the role of CFO in 2017.  As CFO, her responsibilities expanded to include managing the Company’s accounting department, compiling financial data and financial statements for the Company and its subsidiaries, maintaining budgets and projecting cash flows, engaging the Company’s audit agency for annual GAAP and GAGAS audits as well as tax return preparation, maintaining and valuing the Company’s assets, including Mortgage Serving Rights, and analyzing investments and business diversification projects.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration degree, emphasizing in Finance and Accounting, in 2012 from the University of Utah.
