Josh Budinger recently returned from RealShare Apartments 2014 in Los Angeles. He said, “It was an interesting show with a lot of good information and perspectives from many high-level industry executives.”

RealShare Apartments 2014 in Westin Bonaventure, Los Angeles is the largest conference RealShare hosts with over 2,000 attendees. As an attendee, Budinger was able to attend all the sessions and events of the conference. It all started on Wednesday, October 15^th with a panel of industry experts discussing Economics and Multifamily followed by a quick panel with Scott Croul, the Managing Director of Production and Sales, Freddie Mac, and Timothy Dewispelaere, the Director of Customer Account Management, Fannie Mae.

Both were a great way to kick off a conference full of panels and great networking opportunities. Budinger said, “It was a great networking opportunity to meet other individuals in the multifamily industry.” With the opening and closing reception focused around networking, plus plenty of breaks throughout the conference, Budinger was able to connect with many people.
