President

Brent is responsible for all aspects of Bonneville Multifamily Capital’s Operations and Risk Management. He hires and trains qualified staff, is chairman of the loan committee, and supports loan officers in developing long-term relationships with clients. He’s been an operations and finance consultant to banks and fortune 100 companies for KPMG; the head of bank operations and systems for Landmark Bancshares/Magna Group; risk, pricing and operations manager for the startup of the largest national home improvement lender; the chief information officer for Green Tree Financial; Chairman and CEO of Conseco Bank; Managing Director for GMAC/RFC; and VP of National Servicing Oversight for Fannie Mae. He’s been with us for two years. He’s a member of AICPA, Beta Gamma Sigma. He’s an Eagle Scout and a CPA.

He has a BS in Accounting, Cum Laude, and a Masters in Accountancy (MAcc) – Management Accounting and Operations Research from Brigham Young University in 1983. He enjoys reading, fly fishing, SCUBA, skiing and economic development in Latin America. An interesting fact about him is his wife Becky and him are parents of five children and very proud grandparents.
